Democrats are demanding that Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s report be made public, but various Republicans are quick to object, saying Attorney General William Barr needs time to determine how to do that.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday there are “two things [Barr] will have to grapple with,” including classified information that may appear in the report and “innocent people’s reputations.”
